Box Culture

Box Culture is a project about an invented urban culture who's art is inspired by its urban surrounding. As a “blue print”, it uses ornamental designs from building facades, pavements, walls and city maps. Consequently, Box Culture can be found almost everywhere in the urban environment. It is just a matter of perception: to rethink inside the Box. A 'field study' of box culture art which does just that was part of the project.
